Newborn thru three

Ministry to our children at Immanuel Baptist Church is centered around helping children choose to follow Jesus in ways that will make a difference in who they are and in how they live. We cannot decide for our children but we can walk alongside them, offering affirmation and information. We pray that when the time is right, God will draw them to Himself in a way that will make a difference forever. Immanuel is glad to have many activities for our Children, from birth to rising 6th graders, that aid in allowing our children to become closer to God.

We offer Nursery, Preschool aged activities, Mission Friends, Children's Church, Children's Choir, RAs, and GAs. Along with seasonal activities every year. Check out our website for more information.

Babies thru Pre-K

Preschoolers begin to learn about God and His love for them from their first years of life. Immanuel Baptist Church provides a safe, fun and age appropriate environment for preschool children of all ages.

We offer classes for preschoolers during our worship services and Bible Fellowship hours which consist of our Nursery, Sunday School and Children's Church.

On Wednesday evenings, we offer programming that focuses on missions and evangelism by having fun through: Kinder Choir, E Praise Choir and Mission Friends.

Section Title

Three thru Five

Mission Friends provides the building blocks of faith and a basic awareness of God’s love for all people. In the preschool years from three to kindergartners, IBC is committed to the discipleship process that Jesus laid out in Matt. 28:19-20 and this includes our children. Please come and join us in the fun as we lay a foundation for the future through the lives of our children in Mission Friends! Mission Friends meet at 7pm on Wednesday evenings.

Children's Church

Five thru Nine

IBC realizes that different age groups worship and understand God at differing levels. Because of this, we intentionally host a Children’s Church every Sunday morning. Families are encouraged to bring their children from ages four to nine to the regular morning service and sit with their family’s as we worship corporately, at the conclusion of, the children are dismissed to Children’s Church after coming forward to listen to a Children’s Sermon. During this time, our children learn more about Jesus through Bible Study, coloring and crafts.
